Nylon Wheel Brush

Wire Wheel Brushis included with extruded nylon filament that allow an abrasive nylon brush to perform the task of surface finishing, deburring and edge blending. It imparts the benefits of an abrasive and enable the selection of grit sizes to control the finish as well as functionality for cleaning, deburring, edge blending and surface finishing. Suitable for utilization on a wide ambit of materials, the cutting action of the fibrils of these brushes are unique analyzed to conventional metal filaments. These can be exposed on all surfaces of the brush filament. The filaments of Wire Wheel Brush is made of heat stabilized nylon as well as abrasive particle co-extruded into mono-filament brushes.
